I walked into Woolworths at Waterfall Mall and my 3 year old son picked picked out a pair of Ben10 sunglasses that he wanted. I took them to the till. They had no barcode but thought the lady would hep us as the others were also the same. She couldn't find them on the system. We Kow the Woolworths Policy in such incidents. She instead just wanted to scan something totally differnt without knowing the price of the sunglasses that we want. She told us that its either we allow her to do that or leave the snglasses that my son already had on. How could we pay for something we don't now
