On the 7 January 2014 at PDK Graaff-Reinet, I took 2 Blackberries in for repairs.. The lady working with the cellphones did not give me any proof that she received the phones. Today I phoned Vodacare and they told me that they only received the phones yesterday, 14 January 2014. The lady did not informed me when I will receive my phones back. I feel that the service is pathetic.
