I truly believe that one should not only complain but also compliment when great service is provided.
I needed a new power cable and transformer for my media player. Bearing in mind that i have a different brand media player. I spoke to Brad and he assured me theirs will work.
I placed the order online yesterday afternoon and it was shipped immediately and i have already recieved it this morning here in Durban.
I am yet to test it on my unit but based on their service so far i do not expect any problems.
The service recieved from Mede8er is a breath of fresh air, especially since i have just complined on Hello Peter about a terrible experience with Kalahari.
Keep up the good service and when the time comes to replace my media player i will definately be knocking on Mede8er's door.
