Aren't all customers equal?

At approximately 11h45 whilst standing on the cashier line, the lady (50 year old caucasian) who was standing behind me, pushed me and proceeded to the first available cashier whilst she was uttering (you're on your cell and wasting my time), now with an understanding that she was jumping the line I persuaded the cashier (Pfano Neshehe) to help me first as I was there first anyway. She stood there laughing as the matter seemed to be amusing to her, the lady who had pushed me continued to utter some rude words which I was not at liberty to respond to as all I needed was to be serviced, then the jist of the moment came when the supervisor (Wendy Sethibe) approached and her solution was to service the other lady first even after that lady had incriminated her self and stated, I quote"yes i was behind her but she was on her cellphone and wasting my time", when I asked Wendy why was she choosing to service the other lady when i for a matter of fact was first, she said, she want there and at that point didnt know which side to choose. I am utterly disgusted that a supervisor whose supposed to be a neutral party and treat all her customers the same she felt I was to be treated inferio
