I went to Multiserv, Northgate Mall, JHB approximately 7 months ago to have my cream leather boots dyed. I chose a dark brown dye. They said they'd be ready in a few days, so I went back to collect them and found that they weren't ready, still wet, not dyed properly [a real mess! ]. So I gave them another week and the same thing continued [back and forth]. Me genuine leather boots had been destroyed. The one zip wasn't working properly anymore, the leather was peeling off - disgusting. The owner was there one of the times and discovered that they'd been sent to another branch, when they couldn't find them?! she promised to fix this mess and deliver them to me personally. Well, this went on for another couple of months. I tried to get hold of her several times to be delivered or collected and she was always in meetings. I eventually received a message to collect and when I did, my boots had been lying with the most oldest, smelly boots in a box. I took them, carrying them out with finger tips as they smelt so badly and the dye was still coming off. They are so disgusting that I would be ashamed to give them to a homeless person to wear. They're in a sealed bag because of the smell.
