I went to Edgars fourways on the 5th of January 2014 and asked the consultant at the customer service to place a top for me (which was on sale for R149.00) on the side as i was buying it for a friend who was not arround and wanted her to try it first beforei bought it. they kept it aside for me as i had told them i would come on wednesday 8 Jan. on the 8th of Jan i was out of town and called them to let them know that i would not be able to make it as i was out of town. htey kept it aside for me. when i went on Monday 13 Jan 2014 i went to buy the top and was told it was back on the normal price and was told that the sale ended the sunday tht i had asked for it to be kept aside. my issue was that why was i not told that the price would increase? i wanted to buy the top on the sale price that i had found it. as a consumer they should have infomred me accordingly. they refused to sell me the top at the price that i had found it to be on. i beleive that the service is extremely appauling. very dissatisifed loyal customer of edgars
