I gave in 2 different items which were faulty but still under warranty. Florence of Dion Wired, Nelspruit, handled our problem from start to finish and was superb in her attention to our problem and her constant efficient feedback. Both items were replaced under their warranty but I was particularly impressed with the excellent service I received!
