Issues with account and poor customer service

I opened my YDE account in Nov 2013, and paid the full amount due on 12 Dec 2013 via EFT. I got the amount that was due from the YDE site where you can view your account. I used my account number as written on the back of my YDE card as a reference nr. and paid the amount to YDE according to their banking details such as supplied on the bank site. Since then I have been receiving constant messages that my account is overdue, and that I will be charged extra interest if I dont make an immediate payment even though my account is paid in full. When trying to contact the inquiry line for accounts there is no answer. When trying to access or log in to view my account online, it states that my password has miraculously been blocked, and that I need to reset my password. When trying to reset my password it states that the page does not work??? I have still been receiving messages, now with an increased amount because I am being charged interest for their mistake. Which I REFUSE TO PAY!! What do I do, this is really poor service!! I would like to cancel my account as soon as possible, as YDE is causing me to have a bad credit record.
