Poor work ethic, service and cheating consumers

After my account was approved I received a call from on of the sales agents who offered me a policy that at the time was on special offer. I was offered the Customer protection plan, lost card protection and 360 Account holder option. First I would like to advise that I was misled as she advised me that this policy I would have to go in store to pay for it separately and failure to pay at the store would mean I would not be covered. She assured me that it would not form of my monthly bill of items I would have purchased. This in actual fact was not the case, I would also like a recording of this call as she advised me all calls are recorded if this was not a too. I then decided to take matter in my own hands and I decided to cancel the policy so i sent an e-mail and gave 30 days notice. To my surprise one plan was cancelled but when the sales agent called me she advised that it was a bundle and would get all those policies for a fixed price. To my surprise when I went to Zevenwatch mall in Kuilsriver on 29August 2013 when I went to pay my account i was advised i had to cancel each one, I filled the cancellation form and I'm still being billed till this day for the policies
