Pathetic service of cost of claim

Hi,

I had to take my PC for assessment to your branch for an insurance claim. Your "technician", and I put in quotes cause that is what his job title is but clearly not his field of study, assisted me.

When I explained to him exactly whats wrong with my PC he told me that they don't HAVE to put on the report the cause of the damage after I told him too. He had no knowledge on basic terms of PC and could not diagnose the problems. I had to help him cause clearly he is incompetent and I was met numerous times with a blank expression.

After his lame diagnoses of the PC I told him to list ALL the components of the PC as requested by insurance, he could not even do that and had no knowledge on how to find this info. Seriously, how do you employ incompetent people like this?

His pathetic report only listed one thing that was wrong, he showed it to me as if to ask if he is correct... really? I had to tell him that is not what I asked for, he did not correct this. After that I had to get a quote which he couldn't figure out how to do.

Now after all this pathetic service my insurance does not want to pay cause of the "technician" YOU employed!

Are you going to refund my PC?
