Goods promised, not delivered

I bought a parker pen from CNA branch in Alberton (by Bracken City FNB); the packaging promised a pen and a pencil and only a pen was included in the item. I have recorded our opening the package as evidence that the pencil is missing. Whether CNA, Parker or both parties are responsible, I would like this remedied asap.
