Disappointing experience

My first experience using the takealot online shopping service and what a nightmare. So i purchased something from their deal of the day. I payed via EFT and received confirmation of my purchase and said it would be delivered Thursday 28th November only to get called the next day saying they out of stock of the item i purchased and delivery might be a day later. I called Monday the 02 December to find out what happened to the delivery of my purchase and was told it was being despatch but would like to confirm with the courier company and was put on hold for quite a long time before the consultant got back to me and said she would call be back later in the day to confirm when the item would be delivered. I only received a call the next day with a ref nr. saying i can collect the parcel at the post office... I definately will not be using TAKEALOT again..
