Why is it that when ever I order something from [URL Removed] my parcels never gets here when arranged trough Mr. Delivery Express. A couple of months ago I got a call and a time was arranged to drop my parcel my parcel only got here a day late. Same thing today I order an item Mr. Delivery Express, phoned me told me my parcel will be here before 12pm at 2 pm I phoned them and they told me the parcel will be here before 5pm becuase the truck broke down. At 5pm I phoned again and they told me the parcel was cancelled but could not tell me why. Why do I always have to struggle. My order ID is: 1317992.
