My name is Jessica Gurwon, I placed an order for a shoe on the spree website and paid for it. When my order was delivered it was the completely wrong shoe. When I called the call center I was told that the shoe I paid for was out of stock. My question is why was this not stated on the website and why was my payment taken for something that is out of stock. I was expecting this item for Christmas and I am highly disappointed. I was told that I will get a refund but noting how incompetent spree is I am not sure when I will receive my refund.
