I ordered a Gobii 7" tablet. On 31 Dec the on/off switch got stuck. I phoned on 2 Jan an was told to log a return on the internet, which I did. No courier has contacted me since. I tried to phone again on 8 Jan but was cut off, so I sent an e-mail. No reply was received up to now. I paid R1399 for a device with a defective switch. I have learnt my lesson. Next time I will buy where it is close and can be returned with one drive. Kalahari is supposed to be trustworthy. I highly doubt that now!! I do not even want it fixed anymore. I want my money back so I can buy at a store nearby.
