Pathetic Service

This will be the fourth time that I have booked my Hisense LED 42" TV. I took the TV in on the 3rd Jan 2014. I went today the 10 Jan only to find out that the TV was never sent out to Hisense because they had a problem with their system for 1 week. During that week I haven't received any news with regards to the TV. They now want to sent the TV in on Monday which means that it will take another 2 weeks for them to sort it out. That means that for 2 months I haven't used my TV and still I had to pay for it. I don't want the TV to be repaired as Hisebse is useless when it comes to repairs. I want my CR note for the money that I have paid, but I will be contacting the Consumers Rights Act and taking this matter further. Still don't know how can it take 2-3weeks to fix or replace the thing, but when they want their money they will SMS and phone till you blue in the face. Hopeless and useless customer service from Hi-Fi Corp Westgate. I have even spoken to Brian who works for Hi-Fi and Hisense but hasn't done much to help me. 1st time July 2013, 2nd time Aug/Sept 2013, 3rd time Nov and 4th time Jan 2014.
