I had endless problems. Firstly the goods we received were incomplete and had to go back from out of town. Secondly i took out a tv license with them and 3 months down the line i got a phone call from the sabc legal dept saying i never paid my license fee. Hi Fi refused to help me and i had to resolve this problem on my own. Thirdly i have changed bank details with them and someone in the finance dept did not log the change.(have proof of email sent) now 2 months later they picked it up and had to pay up front the amounts outstanding now they reported me as a slow payer. Not suppose to me my problem if they don't do their job.
