I purchased an expensive trophy from Oriental Jewellers yesterday and Joe quoted me for engraving. he said he would call to advise when it was done saying it would be yesterday afternoon. i received no call. This morning i tried to call - it was engaged for ages. When I eventually got through no one seemed to know what was happening - eventually got joe who said it was ready. i went to collect to be presented with a bill 150% more than what i was quoted. They rudely argued and about the original quote. not only are the prices very high - the service is terrible - dot deal with them and if you must insist on quoted in writing - they are not trustworthy. Rather use the more professional trophy places in randburg - who actually have prices on the goods available for sale on their websites
