Went to get a quote from TWT in Fourways Crossing on Thursday morning, 22 August 2013.
Deon met me at the door to ask how he could assist. He then went through the process of helping me chose the correct mags and tyres for my car.
On Saturday morning I booked my car in, and about 30 mins later he phoned me to tell me the tyres he quoted me on had been shipped to a different branch, and that he only had more expensive ones in stock. He then went on to say it was his fault, and that he was prepared to give me the more expensive tyres at the original quoted price.
90 mins after that my car was ready for collection.
Absolutely amazing service. I would recommend TWT to anybody!
