I would like to bring up a complaint because of the experience I had at one of your branches, Polokwane, mall of the north. I went in to do my nail, I was supposed to end up with natural tips but ended up with a disaster to say the least. Yes I ended up not paying but I felt like I wasted my time. My biggest problem was that it was the receptionist doing my nail, initially I thought it was how things happen at perfect 10 but soon realized that she didn't know what she was doing. My problem is how do you as perfect 10 allow an unqualified person to do client's nails? She is a receptionist, not a nail technician. i could have asked one of my friends to do my nails but i thought let me go for something more professional but i didn't know that perfect 10 does not do professional. As for me the damage has already been done because I will not be coming back to you but my concern is for other client who will still come, I wonder if they will also encounter the same thing I have. For me this is goodbye perfect 10, time for me to try something new.
