I bought garlic rolls which were flat because their 'prooving machine was not working properly', as per the manager. when i opened them up, they had red plasticky objects inside, which i am sure it's not meant for human consumption. i went to the store to complain, but it was a total waste of time, i was offered a chocolate which i refused. sent an e-mail to their customer service on 08/01, only got a generic acknowledgement of my complaint, on the 09/01 because i had made a follow-up call. till now, i am still waiting for their proper response. Their service is so disappointing!!
