Good Day
Between 19:00pm and 20:00pm last night, 2013/01/08 I stood behind one customer a young coloured guy and he was paying for his goods but he seemed to have known the teller at pay point 13. After paying, the teller continues to have a conversation with this guy and she keeps me waiting to pay for my goods, I waited for a couple of minutes and she continued to have a chat and kept me waiting!!! I got annoyed with this tellers attitude and lack of customer service skills and went to another till point. I approached the manager Grant and told him about the incident, he said he was going to have a word with her but didn't't seem to have that word!
The service is terrible, especially at the tills!!! The teller at till no 13, was a short coloured woman, wearing a black skirt and black scarf twirled around her head. Please train your staff properly and teach them that the owner of any business will not allow a customer to walk away having had bad service!!!
