I just want to acknowledge the assistance of Xolani, from Toyzone Umhlanga on a couple of occasions. I'm part of a national Hot Wheels collectors club, and in two instances, he has assisted both myself and a friend in letting us know when new stuff had come into the store, as well as keeping some stuff aside for us. As a collector for a couple years now, it's been very difficult to get the cooperation of staff from other stores when inquiring about restocks, or even a call or email when when anything new came in - especially other toy stores in the country, where you get odd looks when you say you're a collector - or ask any questions relating to the hobby. Xolani's extra help is like a breath of fresh air - and I'll deffinately be making more purchases from that store - more store assistants could learn from his example.
