I purchased 4 bottles of perfume from Dis-chem on 1st September 2013 - when they have 20% discount. Unfortunately the 60ml Alien is not 'spraying' properly and when i took it back on Saturday 18/01/2014 i had to content with the followng. The cosmetician asked me - 'where is the box? " Seriously?? I told her, who keeps an empty perfume box for months? (I have approximately 60 bottles!) Then Claude - who i believe is 'acting' manager pokes his nose in (he wasn't part of the conversation to start with) and takes the bottle of perfume struggles a few times and gets a few drops to spray and comments "there it is working! " I told him that sometimes it sprays a few drops and then it stops working again. He looked at me in total disbelief. To avoid any further frustration - i just took the bottle back and will have to try and find the relevant rep to perhaps help me as the after sales service at Dis-Chem is non-existent! i am horrified to think that I have spent thousands of rands buying perfume from them, and as a result of Claude will NEVER step foot inside that branch again! please note that the bottle is practically FULL!
