For someone who works in the customer care area, i know a thing or two of how to handle clients and how to ensure their satisfaction. If you promise to get back to a client with feedback regarding their query, whether or not they will like what the outcome will be - make sure you get back to them!!
I took it upon myself to call around and find out about the availability of a product which was somewhat very difficult to locate at the Clicks stores, half of the time the staff didn't even know what i was talking about but i kept on searching even ended up calling head office and finding out which stores had it (LOVE TO BAKE 25 piece stainless steel icing gun and cookie press) and was very well assisted and I then went on to contact the branches nearest to me.
Percy from Trade Route didn't seem bothered with answering the phone as I rang the branch numerous times before he eventually answered and asked me to call back as he had to attend to a cashier without even taking down the details of what i needed, i did so and well....the phone rang to no response and i gave up.
