I recently bought an Ipad cover through Daddy's Deals. In less than a month the product which was supposed to be an original, started peeling and coming off at the seams. I contacted Daddy's Deals about this and was told that I could return the product for a refund. I was then told that I would have to pay for the postage charges for sending it from Johannesburg to Cape Town. There is no reason why I should be spending money on a fault that is not mine. I advised that I would not pay for the postage and haven't heard back from Anna in 2 days despite sending a follow up email. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and I will stick to Groupon in the future who have never failed me! I still want my refund!
