Yesterday was the 6th of January 2014, I received my accounts for October 2013, November 2013 and December 2013 only yesterday afternoon via post - I've been checking my box every week now for 3 months. Why can't Truworths be like all the other retails stores and send their accounts via email. The South African Post Office cannot be trusted at all. I registered on Truworths' website to access my account to avoid the whole Post Office thing, but that is also not an option. The logg in only work once there after it keeps saying the account is locked. If you phone their call centre they cannot assist - saying it will be rectify soon - well its been this way now for 2 months.

Currently the whole Truworths experience is becoming a BAD one and I've been a valued customer for many years now. But I have to say, I think I will be re-thinking my loyalty due to this hassle.
