Woolworths still dumping rubbish in the river

After many complaints to the owner there has been absolutely no attempt to stop this. Would you like rubbish dumped infront of your house?
Distasteful pounding music is also played 1am and on by staff at the loading bays. Most often from a white golf keeping everybody in our complex awake. Previous requests to do something also ignored.
