I have received terrible service from your pharmacies lately, first it was my profile someone loaded my profile twice why beats me maybe you have an answer, secondly my repeats were not loaded as repeats and still I wonder why because its states on my scripts that I gave your pharmacists that it should be 6 repeats, only knows why you hire incompetent staff that put our life's and our family life in danger, right now I am waiting for a call back from your customer service to give me feedback as to what do now because my son really needs his meds, Clicks management I urge you to stop saving money at our expense otherwise you are going to have a lot of lawsuits on your hands, I asked you again to try and minimise the queues because really it's starting to annoy your customers, you cannot expect us to wait in the queue for more than 20 minutes it's really not on the bad part is, this only happens were there is a majority of black people, is it because we don't deserve good service or what, so please speak to the managers of your stores because I want this fixed immediately, tell me if you don't need my hard earned money anymore so that I take it somewhere were it will be apprecia
