NO SERVICE FROM ACKERMANS
Tenacity took over from Ned bank, but it seems that it has become a mockery ever since.
Check below email request to Carmen and she did read my email, because I got the read receipt and still no answer.

Hi Carmen

I trust you are well,

I have problems on my account again and no satisfaction what so ever with the people that has helped me so far so I am coming back to you before things get hectic and nasty.

My problem is payment for 2 months that doesn't reflect on my account. I have faxed numerous bank statements from my bank stating that I have paid my Ackerman's account via EFT like I always do. I even did a payment for Dec 2012 as suggested by the manager at the pavilion branch in Kimberley which probably never went through.

Can you look into the matter for me and please resolve as soon as possible.
