I bought a DIGI CIG set from Groupon and after it arrived, I charged both units. When the one battery got flat I tried to charge it again, without sucess. I went onto DIGICIG website and sent them an email, within 10 minutes I recieved a call from Graham saying that he would replace the unit for me. I just had to send him my physical address. This was yesterday midday. This morning my unit arrived via courier and all is well and working. I really am so impressed. With service like this, it has to be a good product from a company that cares. Well done.
