I am very disappointed with MR PRICE HOME, I bought a bed (item code 8301011378001 description Scroll Metal Price R 2000.00) on the 24/12/2013 at Mr Price Home Parkview Shopping CTR, Pretoria.
One of the legs of the bed-middle back small leg is broken took the leg back to the branch to get it replaced, the manager said that they don't carry stock but will try to fine stock for me and give me a phone call with feedback. Two day later, i do receive a phone call from a lady-thing headoffice, can't remember her name, I asked her please to phone me back later as I was a sleep and can't give her a straight answer, still I am waiting for the phone call.
Now the bed is standing in my house and can't be used, why did I spend R2000 for a bed that I can't use???
I want someone from head office to phone me today to sort this out.
Mr Price Home has no after sales customer service, they got my money and don't care anymore...
