I visited the Hendrina branch many times without any problems except for my last 3 monthly visits. During my last visits when I offered my RCS card for payment, the cashier took my card every time to the office to make a photo copy of it while I have to wait for the return thereof. I felt like a criminal while I must wait for the return of my card while the other customers behind me have to wait untill I left. I am utterly disgusted and so disappointed as I don't know the reason behind this "action" of the way I was treated. I visited other branches where I also present my RCS card without any problems what so ever.
I will never visit the Hendrina branch again and rather travel 58 km further to another branch where customers are treated in a friendly human manner without photo copying of your RCS cards.
I doubt if the managent of the Hendrina branch know what the importance of a customer is for Pick 'n Pay.
