Logged a fault on my son's Prestigio Tablet on Friday. Courier collected the item on the Monday. Tuesday received confirmation of receipt of goods from [URL Removed] Wednesday got notification that the Prestigio Tablet is being replaced.
My experience with [URL Removed] has been one of excellence from the time of ordering the Tablet right through to the return of the Tablet.
And... I have just received confirmation that the order has been dispatched.
Outstanding, they even made a special delivery on my sons birthday. Can't ask for better service and the staff were helpful and went out of their way to make my sons birthday a special one.
