I went to Lewis Stores to open an account and purchase a bed. The lady said that they will deliver the following morning and will let me know as soon as the delivery guys will leave with the bed. This morning I phoned them and it was all systems go and the lady said they will let me know. So sitting the whole day I eventually phoned again and asked when are they delivering and the lady said sorry they can't deliver today it will be tomorrow morning without letting me know. That is just bad service and you could have at least just let me know, because in the meanwhile I am waiting for their response. After the purchase of this bed I WILL NEVER USE LEWIS AGAIN FOR ANY PURCHASES as some of their staff members do not even know what is going on.
