I purchased a washing machine and double bunk from the mentioned store. At 1st it was a hassle to sort out my debit order which by the way is still not sorted then the nightmare began. In November the bed broke and I reprted it to the store and was told that they will give me a plank so I can fix it myself. I was so shocked and disgusted by this and refused to take the plank. Eventually after 2 weeks 2 guys came and assessed the bed saying it must be replaced as it cannot be fixed. A few days ago I got a sms from the salesman Otee saying Senior management needs a photo from the bed as they need to assess the bed. I replied by saying they are free ot come assess the bed. It's been more than I month that I am stuck with a broken bed that's about 3months old. I find it utterly disgusting that in this day and age consumers are still being ripped off of their hard earned money and that this business is actually still operating with this pathetic kinda service. How do they get away with it. Let me tell you why.. Because there people that accepts this behaviour. I'm paying for a broken bed and no one is taking me serious. I went numerous times to them to report this but no results so fa
