I think I have been dipped R1899

On 17 December I placed an order whirlpool gas hob I was given an FNB account to make a payment of which I paid, I called solely several times I left messages he wouldn't return any of my calls. I then emailed him telling him I needed to take this order to Zimbabwe the following day. He replied saying there was no stock Ummm only after I made the payment. I asked him to refund my money back into my account and I emailed him my account number since then I'm still waiting. Is online purchasing with furniture city not safe anymore.

I'm very disappointed by the attitude of these people
