Shocking Service and poor store clerks

Down on holiday having recently purchased some kiteboarding gear.
Go into the store and ask to speak to someone about giving my kite an overhaul and taking lessons. Spoke to a lady at the front desk, very happy to help but had no idea what I meant. Spoke to another lady and she said phone Reese. Well left 3 messages and some missed calls. I lodged an inquiry on their website, got confirmation of inquiry and still no response. I walked in 2 days later on the 30th of Dec spoke to Duncan booked for any day from the 31st Dec to 5Jan due to it being wind dependent, it is now 5 Jan and I am back in JHB.
The best part is that i see their very instructors kiteboarding on the beach three times in the time period where I booked lessons. I phoned the store again on 3 Jan and made sure they had me penciled in for lessons to which they confirmed with big promises and still... nothing.

This is shocking service to say the least!!!
They quite clearly aren't interested in their business which shows during the busiest holiday.
I am yet to hear from them...
