Edgar The Glen staff is lazy and not very enthusiastic about their jobs. I went recently to purchase a gift voucher firstly I was not greeted and told before I could even say anything that they only accept accounts at the counter and no cash this was a the perfume counter were I purchased a bootle of perfume that is why payment was made there.then I needed to buy a gift voucher I was advised that they do have but I could not pay cash so I had to go and wait to buy one at the normal cashiers.when I finally stood in the que for 10mins and got to the cashier I was told that they did not have gift vouchers I then advised her that the perfume counter has she said she doesn't know and said they could not do anything I was then told by the store operations manager that she doesn't know as well they were too lazy to go and check. There is no use having a new look to the store the staff still have old attitudes. PATHETIC.
