We were gift shopping with my mom and sister on Saturday the 1st of Feb. being undecided landed us at the beauty department where we found an option of taking a perfume gift set. Since we had not fully decided we took to the gift box to go look at clothing, we are then stopped by a middle aged lady who snatched the box from us like we were it saying we have to pay at her counter, I'm not sure if she did this cause we were black because I am sure had it been a white lady she would have let her be. We then finally decided that we were infact taking the perfume set as we found nothing else, we returned to the counter to pay for it and the tills were closed without being announced, the middle aged lady then escorted us to the back counter making unprofessional comments like 'I'm going to kill you! ' Simply because I asked for our gift to be wrapped, a service I have used before from the store. We paid and she wrapped the gift so fast it looked untidy.
I had to change the wrap and do it myself as it looked awful to give to our family friend. We were deeply disappointed in your service your store will definately not be seeing us anytime soon!
