After picking out my chosen item and patiently waiting 2 months for it i have grown agitated. I have called the store numerous times with the same reply that the chosen item was "on its way", i have even visited the store on three occasions with no avail. On several occasions when i had called the store i was told that "we will follow up and call you back tomorrow..." however i had not received a single returned call from the assistant, i then spoke to the manager and was told that she will return my call the next day after she follows up on my item, again i was disappointed as i had not received any news. i then called back 2 days later only to find that the manager was on leave.
The lack of initiative from the store was pathetic and i think they could have given me a proper reason for the delay rather than making flimsy excuses and keeping me waiting for such a ridiculously long period of time.
Every time i had called i was told "your item is on the way and will be here by the end of the week" this frustrating customer service that i have been given for 2 months has led me here as i can find no other alternative. I wish the staff could have done their job 2 months ago!
