Doors open but no tills

While shopping in your store in highveld mall witbank we were surprised that the doors were open for 10 minutes we go to pay and all your tellers are still counting there floats with customers waiting to pay. Should tuis not happen before the doors open? Ask the teller who is open and get told she is counting and can not help with I dont care attitude. Brillant customer service
