Upon purchasing a bottle of OMO Liquid, I entered the promotion that guaranteed a win of your choice of dinner / movie ticket / manicure or pedicure. This was over a month ago. When the consultant called me and I opted for the meal, I was first told that the Cape Town Fish Markets in Gauteng are not part of the promo. Then I was told that none of the Adegas anywhere remotely accessible to me was part of the promo. When I opted for the mani/pedi instead, a provisional booking was made for today but never confirmed. And when I called the salon to check, there was no booking and I was told that the offer was only for a buff and polish, not a mani or pedi! REALLY MISLEADING ADVERTISING.
Very disappointing as I am a regular and loyal OMO user and did not expect this level of shoddiness from UNILEVER.
