Pick 'n Pay
Refusing to help a custome

While moving into my new apartment in century city area, I made a quick stop to pick n pay to grab a few cleaning supplies, 8 items to be exact, myself and a friend stood in the cigarette q as she wanted a box of cigarettes. No where was there a sign to mention how many items were allowed and at every single shop I have ever been to the item limit is 10 for these counters. On getting to the till Vuyokazi refused to ring it up because the limit is 3, because we were in a hurry I suggested myself and my friend take three each and be done with it, Vuyokazi refused this too. She then said she would call the supervisor after which I explained that the point of the three items was to save time for customers and by calling the supervisor it would take longer but she insisted while everyone in the q waited. Vanessa the supervisor came over and said the same, we told her a sign would probably help as this is out of the ordinary, she then took us to the manager, Quayroom who did not say a word but looked us over and pointed to what looked like a counter selling airtime to buy the goods. What a horrible experience, I now live in the area and will never go to your store again.
