I was at the vangate branch and while I am there the cashier makes a mistake with the purchase and cancels and process it 4 times. While that is happening I recieve a call, this person asked to speak to me I confirm its me talkin she then immediately tells me she is callin from Edgar's n wants to know when last I made a purchase on account and confirm other details. Before I confirm I then ask her to spell her name, she then tells me she told me her name and won't do it again. When I told her that I'm not comfortable with the call she starts giving me attitude. She ended up not giving me her name and hung up.
I then tell the admin manager Clinton Luke's what happened, and I tell him that I don't need such bad service and attitude and that I'm closing the account.with no questions asked he then told me the balance to pay.
I had to ask him what about the rude consultant on the phone.
To cut the story, I was then put on the line with a manager Richard muthapo from call c
when I told him what had happened he then said that the store consultant was right to jus hang up because she had told me her name n did not have 2 repeat.
