I went to Pick n Pay at Centurion Mall to do my monthly grocery shopping. They had beef mince on promotion at an extremely good price. I now understand why, its disgusting.
After cooking the mince, I had to spend 30minutes to get all the tendon out of the meat. It wasn't even small pieces, they were about 1cm big.
I wont even feed this mince to my dogs, so I cant believe that they sell this to people. Take note: don't put food on promotion because it is below standard!
