Payments not updated

I always pay my account via eft, for the third month woolworths claiming they have not been receiving my payments but my bank statement shows that I've been paying. everytime I call their call centre its either I hold for more than an hour or no one is willing to help even if I fax my bank statements as proof still nothing has changed.
