I am extremely unhappy as I've tried to exchange an item received as a gift for a bigger size, still with it's price label, but was told I have to have a slip. What do you do if the person that bought it, paid cash & no longer lives in the country? I would not hand a gift to someone, with a slip, why? For this person to see what I've paid? I feel this is bad, bad customer service & I am extremely unhappy. This has happened to myself & to a colleague on two different occasions. This is no fault of the store staff, but your company policy, which I feel is absolutely pathetic. I promise you I will never buy an items from Identity in future & I will make sure to spread the word.
