I have multiple accounts with direct axis. I then went on unpaId maternity leave n I called them to make special arrangements but no one was willing to assist. However, when I returned back work I tried to pay what I could but still received threatening sms n e-mails. I even asked they to reduce my monthly installments for about 4-6 months so I could recover but no one listened. So what's the use of trying so hard to make arrangements with a service provider because today I received sms from the collection company MBDCS... saying that I was handed over to them by Direct Axis. I am really disappointed as its not like I didn't want to pay my debt but just wanted only 2-4 months to sort my finances out due to the unplanned maternity leave which was supposed to have been in December instead of September n it was unpaid.
