I defaulted on my Truworths account but settled the account in full, in 2011. I have faxed and e-mailed the proof of payment to several employees at MBDCS, also advised them about settling the account telephonically on several occassions. Up until today, the call centre agents at MBDCS tell me they can see that I have provided my proof of payment but the still want me to make arrangements to pay off the outstanding amount.
I have spoken to the following staff of MBDCS on several occassions: Elsie, Anna, Indira, Jeffery (even mailed him proof of settlement on 22/05/2013) Joyce at customer care, Joseph, Samantha, Ntsika. I also mailed the proof of payment to [Email Removed] on two occassions.
Today I received a call from an arrogant agent Gsebisho Phashe who advised me I still owe Truworths R850 even though I paid in full, he then put me on the line with Lorette Fredricks who claimed to be the manager and who promised to resolve this issue today. Lorette also promised to call me back by 14:50 today.
Please tell me what more do I need to do to get these two companies to update their information and stop harassing me.
